After 160 years of a leaking 'patent slated' roof and a great deal of thought and discussion, seven thousand hand-made Italian terracotta tiles now provide protection to this remarkable building. Not incidentally, the tiles also serve to return the Grade I Listed Building to Charles Barry's original concept, a Palazzo in Pall Mall, modelled on the Palazzo Farnese in Rome, which Barry had visited and measured in 1817.

Other projects completed in 2007:
Westminster: New Passenger Lift at the Reform Club (proposal)
Suffolk: New Baroque porch for a Private Client
Suffolk: Specification for repairs to Cranfield Mill, Ipswich
